Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Out of the Shadows – Latest clip showcases Casey Jones’ hockey skills
Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Out of the Shadows is out in just a few weeks time and Paramount Pictures have just released a new video clip showcasing none other than the fan favourite: Casey Jones (Stephen Amell).
In the latest clip we see Casey Jones come to the rescue of April O’Neil (Megan Fox) as she is being accosted by a group of Shredder’s (Brian Tee) footmen. Rather surprisingly for a film involving Michael Bay there are absolutely zero explosions in the entirety of this clip, however don’t let that dissuade you as true to form there is plenty of action but in classic Casey style. That’s to say he’s got a hockey stick and knows how to do a mean slapshot!
The clip is chock full of comic relief, our personal favourite is at the end of the clip when April O’Neill asks Casey Jones “What’s your name?” and all we can hear is a mumbled answer as Jones talks through his mask, she repeats the question and Jones responds in the same way but this time April interprets it as “Stacey Moans” much to our amusement. However don’t let my poor retelling put you off, go ahead and watch the clip for yourself below.
About Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Out of the Shadows
Michelangelo, Donatello, Leonardo, and Raphael return to cinemas this summer to battle bigger, badder villains, alongside April O’Neil (Megan Fox), Vern Fenwick (Will Arnett), and a newcomer: the hockey-masked vigilante Casey Jones (Stephen Amell). After supervillain Shredder escapes custody, he joins forces with mad scientist Baxter Stockman (Tyler Perry) and two dimwitted henchmen, Bebop (Gary Anthony Williams) and Rocksteady (WWE Superstar Stephen “Sheamus” Farrelly), to unleash a diabolical plan to take over the world. As the Turtles prepare to take on Shredder and his new crew, they find themselves facing an even greater evil with similar intentions: the notorious Krang.
Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Out of the Shadows is due for release May 30th in the UK
