Meet the four horsemen of X-Men: Apocalypse

Fox have released a small featurette introducing the four hoursemen from Bryan Singer’s upcoming film, X-Men Apocalypse.

In the previous trailer released for the X-men Apocalypse we got to see the darker sides of some of our favourite X-men, we also saw the pure destruction that Apocalypse is going to rain down upon the world. Now we are learning just how destructive Apocalypse’s chosen mutants actually are.

The four horsemen are hand chosen by Apocalypse to aide him in passing judgement on the human race, those chosen by Apocalypse have had their powers enchanced causing them to become a catastrophic force upon humanity.

The mutants chosen for the task are Magneto, Psylocke, Archangel and Storm. Check out the trailer yourself to see the true destructive powers of Apocalypse and his four horseman.

Offical Synopsis for X-Men: Apocalypse

Following the critically acclaimed global smash hit X-Men: Days of Future Past, director Bryan Singer returns with X-MEN: APOCALYPSE. Since the dawn of civilization, he was worshipped as a god. Apocalypse, the first and most powerful mutant from Marvel’s X-Men universe, amassed the powers of many other mutants, becoming immortal and invincible. Upon awakening after thousands of years, he is disillusioned with the world as he finds it and recruits a team of powerful mutants, including a disheartened Magneto (Michael Fassbender), to cleanse mankind and create a new world order, over which he will reign. As the fate of the Earth hangs in the balance, Raven (Jennifer Lawrence) with the help of Professor X (James McAvoy) must lead a team of young X-Men to stop their greatest nemesis and save mankind from complete destruction.

X-Men: Apocalypse is due for release May 18th.
