LEGO Star Wars Force Friday II Giveaway – Win 1 of 3 copies of the hard-to-find Escape the Space Slug set

In celebration of Disney’s Force Friday II event we have not one, but three copies of the extremely hard-to-find LEGO (6176782) Escape the Space Slug set to give away.

The Escape the Space Slug set is limited to 3500 copies worldwide and has previously only ever been made available at invite-only May the Fourth events at LEGO stores in 2016 alongside a VIP sweepstakes in September of 2016. Force Friday II will see toy retailers and manufacturers reveal and tantalize with their brand new tie-in products and merchandise for the upcoming Star Wars Episode VII: The Last Jedi film.

LEGO will be running their own Force Friday II event with special offers from the 1st-3rd of September, and you can read up on all of the UK special offers they will have available over the weekend here. To be entered into the contest and a chance at winning one of the three sets we have to give away, all you need to do is leave a comment on this article (you can find the comments at the very bottom of this page), telling us what your all time favourite LEGO Star Wars set is. You be required to provide your name and email address when commenting, however, your personal information will not be published in any sense, and you will only be contacted in the event that you win.

Three winners will be chosen randomly from all of the valid comments left on this article when the competition comes to an end this Sunday (3rd September 2017) at 23:59 BST. Winners will be notified via email.

Once again to be in with a chance of winning one of the three LEGO (6176782) Escape the Space Slug sets available, simply leave a comment below telling us your all-time favourite LEGO Star Wars set. Simple.

Terms and Conditions:

  • You must be over 18 years of age to enter.
  • The giveaway will start at exactly 08:30 BST on September 1st 2017 and closes at 23:59 BST on September 2017 3rd.
  • There are three copies of the LEGO Star Wars (6176782) Escape the Space Slug set, as pictured in the lead image, to give away. Three winners will receive one copy each. It is non transferable and there is no cash alternative.
  • Three winners will be randomly chosen from all of the qualifying comments on this post shortly after the closing time for the giveaway. Winners will be contacted via email within five (5) working days of the giveaway ending.
  • Your comment entry will only considered valid if it was posted between the start and end times of the giveaway and if you have listed a current or retired LEGO Star Wars set and have supplied a working email address for us to contact you on in the event you are a winner.
  • This competition is open to all worldwide residents. The winner’s are responsible for any custom or import charges that may occur if resident outside of the UK.
  • All prizes will be dispatched within 28 days of the notified winners responding with their mailing addresses.

  1. I love ourJabba’s Palace 4480. It’s a bit rickety compared to the newer version but there’s some excellent minifigs in it, and a really ugly Jabba!

  2. 9493 x wing starfighter is my sons favourite lego kit….he actually squealed with delight when he opened it for Christmas a few years ago.

  3. Our favourite set is the 75105 Millennium Falcon lego set. Great starship, hours of fun and comes with all the characters! It has a wicked hyperdrive! Thank you for a super competition!

  4. My favorite Lego set of all time is the lego death star one of my uni friends got it when we where in uni and we spent the weekend making it up. i remember it getting to like 3 in the morning and we all suddenly realised we missed the pub we were only going to open it to look at instructions

  5. Our favourite is the 75105 millennium flacon set took a while to build bit well worth it, my son loves it said it was the best Christmas presents ever

  6. Fav set was my first SW set -75102 X-Wing -an absolute joy to build. Was a gift from my son – Very cool. Got addicted all over again 😄

  7. Our Kian said his most fave of his ever expanding collection is is his mighty fine millennium falcon, stands pride of place around his figures, always thrilled to add to his many years of star wars larger pieces

  8. My favorite LEGO set was the miniature x-wing with Temmin because knowing I have a mini-fig of Greg Grunberg always makes me smile.

  9. My favorite that I have is the y wing fighter. My favorites I wish I had are the death star, atat, and millennium falcon 🙂

  10. My favorite Lego sets The Force Awakens Millinneum Falcon because it was the first set I bought and built in over a decade.

  11. Building the Death Star Lego Set was a brilliant experience for me and my young niece, it taught her a lot and helped keep her focused on a task. It felt like an amazing achievement when finished for us both as she’s only 3 and a half!

  12. Kylo Ren’s Command Shuttle 75104 it took us ages but the end result was worth it, we were allowed to put that one on the mantelpiece:-)

  13. My favourite is the 75149 Reistance X-Wing Fighter. I haven’t built many sets unfortunately, would love to take a crack at the bigger ones like the death star or millennium falcon
