First teaser trailer for Stranger Things’ second season revealed during Super bowl

Following this week’s earlier reveal of the above image at EW showing the gang from Stranger Things in Ghostbusters costumes and a rather cryptic tweet on the official Stranger Things twitter, we’ve finally been given the a teaser trailer for the second season of the show.

Ever since the events of the first season wrapped up, fans have been clamouring for the second season, and no wonder given it’s universal appeal and acclaim.

Things were good when the Duffer Brothers finally confirmed that there would be a second season, but things are even better today with first trailer for the season dropping during the Super Bowl last night. You can watch that trailer below:

The key nugget of information to extract from the teaser is that the season 2 of Stranger Things is not only set at Halloween, but will also be airing at Halloween.

Only eight months to wait, hold tight!
