First look trailer explores the new open world environments of Middle-earth: Shadow of War

Explore the open world environments of Island of Nurn, Cirith Ungol, Gorgoroth and more in the latest trailer for Middle-earth: Shadow of War.

Released today, the new trailer from Warner Bros takes player on a introductory tour of the new environments they’ll be exploring in the highly anticipated sequel to Middle-Earth: Shadow of Mordor.

Players will be able to explore new locations past Mordor for the very first time and what’s more, they’ll experience a world unique to them due to the revamped nemesis system. Find out more in the trailer below:

Set between the events of The Hobbit and The Lord of the Rings, Middle-earth: Shadow of War is an open-world action RPG that continues the original narrative of Middle-earth: Shadow of Mordor. Players will be engrossed in a richer, more personal and expansive world full of epic heroes and villains, iconic locations, original enemy types, more personalities and a new cast of characters with untold stories.

Middle-earth: Shadow of War will be available for Xbox One, Project Scorpio, Windows 10 PC (Windows Store and Steam), PlayStation4 and PlayStation4 Pro beginning August 25, 2017.
